#2 Single Knee Squeeze/ Single Leg Lower

#3 Double Knee Squeeze

#4 Back Long Stretch (arms & toes reach)

#5 Front Long Stretch (same lying on tummy)

#6 Cobra

#7 Roll Up (to a kneeling position)

#8 Hip Flexor Stretch

#9 Blowing

#10 Standing "A" Head to Knee

#11 Tree

#12 Reed

#13 Dancer

#14 Double Leg Stretch (against the wall)

(legs straight up, then wide, then slightly bending knees

feet flat on the wall lift seat up off floor

lowest part of shoulder blades remains on the floor,

then roll down very slowly)

(now press tailbone down and pubic bone into wall,

cross ankles & release legs letting them fall into your body)

#14 Sitting Head to Knee (right & then left)

#16 Roll Down

#17 Dead Man

#5 Reed forward to floor stretch

then walk hands out to...

#7 Reverse Dead Man

#8 Cobra (end here for 15 min)

(then lift to hands & knees, stretch)

#9 Half Tortoise

#10 Blowing

#11 Spinal Twist

#12 Roll Down

#13 Dead Man (end here for 30 min)
