Grab a friend or family member for this special

2-person yoga class. Yoga promotes good health through mind, body and spirit AND studies show that those who exercise with someone are more likely to continue. Participants will be introduced to the basic yoga fundamentals (breathing, balance, concentration) and some 2-person postures -

all in a relaxed environment. Ages 11+

Hips in Motion

(cardio strip)

90 minutes

Experience new methods to move your body with these popular dance techniques including belly-dancing and hip-hop as seen in music videos, dance clubs and movies. Get a terrific cardio and strength workout while learning fun, sassy moves that use muscles other aerobic classes don't even touch! Build confidence and better muscle tone through self-awareness. Relax at the end of each class with gentle light stretching. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and in control! Preferably this class is done barefoot.

Introduction to any of our aerobic classes

Try heart pumping fun aerobic basics, Funk, Kick Boxing, Interval, or power walking. Boast your metabolism!
