Cardio Fitness Fun and Relaxing Fitness Classes
Classes are open to all ages 11+ & all abilities unless stated otherwise. Pre- Registration ends one week prior to class start date. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable workout clothing, with supportive shoes.

Hips in Motion (cardio strip!) 9 0 minutesExperience new methods to move your body with these popular dance techniques including belly dancing and hip-hop as seen in music videos, dance clubs and movies. Get a terrific cardio and strength workout while learning fun, sassy moves that use muscles other aerobic classes don't even touch! Build confidence and better muscle tone through self-awareness. Relax at the end of each class with gentle light stretching. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and in control! Preferably this class is done barefoot. Women ages 18+

Family Fitness 50 minutes This program is for people who find it difficult to get to an exercise class with a child at home. Here is your chance! This program encourages you to bring your child along. The aerobic and strength exercises will be geared so you and your child can have a great time exercising together. Limited to three children to one adult. Ages 3+
Complete Fitness 75 minutes Fun, easy-to-follow, low impact fitness program! You’ll increase your cardiovascular endurance and improve your muscle strength with free style funk aerobics and resistance training. You’ll relax, reduce stress and improve your flexibility through stretching and personal reflection.
Ball & Band Fitness 60 minutes Enhance your flexibility and improve your core strength, coordination and balance. Increase your energy - boosting your body's metabolism. You will be lead you through a variety of FUN fitness activities (i.e. Pilates, Yoga, and more!) using a large exercise ball and bands.

Cardio Boost 120 minutes This low impact Fitness class is for teens and adults of all abilities and is designed to boost your metabolism improving your ability to burn calories faster. Class builds strength, increases energy, reduces anxiety, defines muscle tone and enhances flexibility. The instructor will lead you through a variety of fun fitness activities: Boxing, Kick Boxing, Power Walking, Free Style Dance, Step, Cardio Funk, Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength Toning, Resistance Work, Interval Training, Cardio Sports, Ballet, Pilates, and More!
Pre-Kids-er-cise® 30 minutes In this class toddlers will have the opportunity to work on developmental skills, through fun exercise! Gross and fine motor skills, as well as hand/eye coordination will be incorporated through yoga and play activities. Parent involvement is essential & required in order to create a successful experience. Ages 1-2 & 3-4
Classic Fitness 60 minutes Classic Fitness is a "FUN EASY-to-follow", low impact exercise program for seniors of all abilities. Increase cardiovascular endurance, energy, and strengthen muscles, while improving balance through free style aerobic dance. Light stretching to relax reduce stress, and gain flexibility. Ages 50+

45 minutesTae Kwon Do is the most popular form of Martial Arts. Originating in Korea, it emphasizes both physical and mental development while you learn self defense. Classes teach kicking, punching and blocking techniques emphasizing the traditional philosophy and discipline of Tae Kwon Do. You will improve your strength, coordination, balance, concentration and confidence. This is a great opportunity for everyone! Beginner: Is designed for anyone interested in Tae Kwon Do and will teach the basic principles and techniques. Continuing: Is designed for those who have learned the basics from the Beginner Class and wish to further their Tae Kwon Do education. Ages 6+
Cardio Kick Boxing 60 minutes Cardio Kick Boxing is an intense medium/high impact cardiovascular and strength conditioning program that combines the techniques of boxing and martial arts to provide you with an energetic, heart-pumping workout. Each class will end with light stretching. Ages 13+
